Xtgems forum function
Add block - Utilities - Social - forum
You can only create one forum per site adding the block to other pages will show the same forum
There are no html parameters for the forum function
The forum function is Not available to xtscript
- 4 levels categories - boards - threads - replies
- User attachments up to 3 per post
- Moderator options
- Global private message inbox
- Uses your xtgem account user profile

Guests cannot attach files to posts - edit posts - rate posts
They must also complete a captcha to post or reply

Forum options
- Move blocks
Reorder the categories and boards in your forum
- Add category
add a new category to your forum
You can insert a new category after a category using the + on the entry
- Add board
Add new boards to your categories
You can insert a new board after a board using the + on the entry
- View users
View the visitors to your forum and set moderators super moderators bans and restrictions
- Restricted
The user must complete a captcha before posting
- Silenced
The user cannot post to this forum
- Approved
Approved members of a private forum
- Moderators
List of the moderators for this forum.
There are two levels of global moderator
Moderators can edit or delete any post
Super moderators can also silence/restrict or approve users
You can also set moderators for individual categories and boards
Moderators are not marked in any special way
Logged in users cannot delete posts but they may edit their own posts
Guests cannot edit their posts
